Following The Sex & Power 2011 report by the Equality and Human Rights Commission published last Wednesday, I was very interested to contribute to Amelia Hill's article in today's Guardian on the subject. The article highlights salient issues surrounding gender inequality in executive positions, and I believe, a lack of emphasis on women being put forward for jobs.
