I had the pleasure to contribute to this article by raising the fact that there are really good women who have been appointed chair in the public sector and if you look at the number of women in senior management or just above, there are the women out there to do this. The real issue is for traditional personalities to open their mind and It’s time for women not least to step forward but for the headhunters to approach them.
